Follow these 4 steps to get your studio fully operational on our platform.
Step 1: Logo & Branding
Upload your studio logo for a professional look. This will appear on all your digital forms and customer-facing interfaces.
Step 2: Mindbody Activation
Link your Mindbody Site ID and authorize the sync. This is the "brain" of your automation, allowing signed waivers to flow directly into your client profiles.
Step 3: Create your First Form
Use our drag-and-drop builder to replicate your physical waiver. You can add text fields, checkboxes, and legally binding signature blocks.
Step 4: Invite Team Members
Add your staff so they can help manage check-ins and verify waiver status at the front desk.
