How the Mindbody Sync Works

Our app acts as a bridge between your digital forms and Mindbody.

Sync Logic

When a client signs a form, we attempt to match them in your Mindbody database using their Email and Full Name.

If a Match is Found:

1. We automatically check the "Waiver Signed" box in their Mindbody profile.
2. We upload the signed PDF certificate to their "Contact Logs" or "Documents" section (depending on your settings).

If No Match is Found:

We create a new Prospect profile in Mindbody with the information provided on the form, ensuring no data is lost and your marketing list grows.
