Customizing your Digital Waivers

Make your waivers look like a native part of your studio's brand.

How to Customize

1. Access the Manage Forms tab in your dashboard.
2. Click Edit on the waiver you want to modify.
3. Use the Design tab to:
   • Toggle White-labeling (available on Scale plans) to remove our branding.
   • Adjust theme colors to match your studio's palette.
   • Upload a custom header image.
4. Use the Builder tab to add:
   • Text fields for additional client info.
   • Checkboxes for "Terms & Conditions" or "Media Releases".
   • Date pickers for medical clearance dates.
