Activation & Setup
Learn how to link your Mindbody Site ID to enable real-time waiver syncing. Go to Settings > Studio, enter your ID, authorize the activation link in Mindbody, and verify the connection in our dashboard.
A 4-step walkthrough: 1. Logo & Branding, 2. Mindbody Activation, 3. Create your First Form, and 4. Invite Team Members to help manage your studio.
Common reasons include lacking Owner permissions in Mindbody, typos in the Site ID (should be 4-7 digits), or missed Marketplace authorization steps.
Form Management & Workflow
Add brand colors, logos, and custom fields to any form via the Manage Forms tab. Scale users can also enable white-labeling to remove our branding.
Share via unique URLs for email/SMS, or generate a QR code for front-desk scans. You can also paste links directly into Mindbody auto-messages.
We match clients by Email and Name. When a waiver is signed, we automatically check the 'Waiver Signed' box in Mindbody and upload the PDF to their documents.
Account & Troubleshooting
Trial includes 10 lifetime waivers. Growth offers 500/mo. Scale provides 2,000 waivers per billing period for high-volume studios.
Most session issues are fixed by a hard refresh, clearing browser cache for the last 24 hours, or signing out and back in manually.
