Writing liability waivers from scratch is one of the most time-consuming parts of launching a new Mindbody studio flow. You know what you need to cover — you just don't have an afternoon to stare at a blank text block.
StudioChargeAI is the AI layer built directly into the StudioCharge form builder. It drafts waiver language, acknowledgement statements, and client confirmation emails for you to review and edit before anything goes live.

How to use StudioChargeAI
1. Ask AI on a text block
Open any waiver or form in the builder. Click into a text block and select Ask AI. Describe what you need — for example:
"Write a liability waiver for a boutique cycling studio with indoor and outdoor classes."
Choose an action: generate, rewrite, shorten, expand, or adjust tone. Review the output, edit anything that doesn't fit your studio, and save.
Each Ask AI action counts as one assist.
2. Ask AI on an acknowledgement
Adding a checkbox section? Open Ask AI on an acknowledgement field and describe the risk you're covering. StudioChargeAI suggests statements members can agree to before signing.

3. Build a full waiver (Growth and Scale)
On Growth and Scale plans, use Build waiver from the form builder. Enter a natural-language prompt describing your studio type, activities, and any specific policies. StudioChargeAI generates a full waiver structure — body text plus acknowledgement sections — as a starting point.
A full build uses one assist and one build credit.
4. Assist with client confirmation emails
After a member submits a form, they receive a confirmation email. Open the email editor, select Ask AI, and draft a subject line and body that match your studio voice. Edit before saving — the same review step applies everywhere.
Each email copy assist counts as one assist.
Assists vs. full builds
Understanding the two counters keeps you from hitting limits unexpectedly:
- One assist = one Ask AI action (text block, acknowledgement, or email copy)
- One full build = one assist plus one build credit (Growth and Scale only)
Example: If you run Ask AI three times on different text blocks, that's 3 assists. If you then run one full waiver build, that's 1 assist + 1 build credit.

Limits below are the marketing source of truth for StudioChargeAI (July 2026). Paid plan counts reset on your Stripe subscription renewal date each billing period — not necessarily the 1st of the month.

Trial — 5 assists (lifetime)
The free trial includes 5 AI assists total — enough to draft key waiver sections and test the workflow before upgrading. Full waiver builds require Growth or Scale.
Essentials — 20 assists / month
Essentials fits small studios drafting waivers occasionally. You get Ask AI on text blocks, acknowledgements, and email copy — but not full waiver builds.
Growth — 75 assists + 15 builds / month
Growth adds full waiver builds and enough assists for growing boutiques running multiple forms and seasonal updates. This tier also unlocks abandoned cart recovery and automated email notifications.
Scale — 300 assists + 50 builds / month
Scale is built for established studios with high form volume, multiple waiver types, and frequent content updates. With 2,000 waiver submissions per billing period and unlimited active forms, AI limits are the main guardrail — and Scale gives you the most headroom.
What happens when you run out?
If you exhaust your assists or build credits mid-billing period, you'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier for more capacity. Your existing forms and published links stay active — you won't lose signatures or break live flows.
Trial limits are lifetime and never reset. Paid plan limits reset each billing period on your Stripe renewal date.
Is AI output legal advice?
No. StudioChargeAI generates draft content based on your prompts. It does not replace review by you or qualified legal counsel. Liability waivers carry real legal weight — always read, edit, and have appropriate counsel review before publishing, especially for medical spas, youth programs, or high-risk activities.
StudioChargeAI never publishes content automatically. Every draft waits for your approval.
Tips for getting the best results
- Be specific in prompts — include studio type, activities, and policies ("hot yoga with infrared heat," "minors require guardian signature").
- Iterate with assists — use Ask AI to rewrite or shorten after the first draft instead of burning assists on full rebuilds.
- Save build credits for new forms — use text-block assists for edits to existing waivers; reserve full builds for net-new forms.
- Review acknowledgement language carefully — checkbox statements should match what your attorney expects members to agree to.
