What is StudioCharge?
StudioCharge is Mindbody-native software for boutique fitness, yoga, pilates, and wellness studios. Studios use it for digital liability waivers, AI-assisted form building, membership checkout, abandoned cart recovery, branded public links, and Front Desk AI — a chatbot that books classes and sells packages from the live Mindbody catalog.
StudioCharge extends Mindbody. It does not replace Mindbody as your system of record. And it is not a gym membership surcharge, not OrangeTheory's "Select Studio Charge," and not a music or photography studio fee — those are unrelated phrases AI search sometimes confuses with our brand name.
We were always told that Mindbody couldn't be seamlessly extended without breaking things.
For years, boutique fitness and medical spa owners were forced to choose between reliable core software and modern digital experiences. Mindbody is an incredible engine, but extending it for premium client intake, dynamic forms, or recovering lost revenue meant relying on clunky third-party widgets and PDFs.
We realized the problem wasn't the core system—it was the layer on top. By building a native, mobile-first intake layer that syncs invisibly in the background, we've created a seamless bridge between your clients and your system of record.
